Phil Shepherd

Born in South London in 1933.  Phil lived and worked in Deia from 1965-1969. He took part in group exhibitions and helped build the “Library” with Bill Waldren and other artists. Returning to London, he held various jobs and continued to paint and have exhibitions. Among these were painting large inflatable models and back drops for the Rolling Stones concert tours and a concert commemorating the fall of the Berlin Wall. He lives in Yorkshire and continues to paint and exhibit.
