Lars Eisenhardt

Born Denmark 1938, Lars worked as a carpenter for his uncle and went to art school in Copenhagen. He left for France where he played soccer. After breaking most of his bones, he came to Mallorca in 1967. His first job was in an El Terreno café/Laundromat where he met the Waldren’s. Negating he was a hamburger chef, he told Bill about his art and poetry and they decided to work together. They decorated nightclubs in Palma, built houses, dug up bones in Deia and exhibited his drawings and paintings in various exhibitions until Lars met Gae and moved to the USA. He continues to live surrounded by their daughters and granddaughter and his canvases, murals and the beauty of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
